Which currencies do you accept?
While pricing is in EUR, we can process payments in your preferred currency. We accept EUR, USD, CAD, GBP, and CHF.
What payment methods are available?
We accept bank transfers and credit card payments. No added fees will be added to the total price.
Do you offer commission to Travel Advisors?
Yes, we offer commissions between 10% and 15%, depending on volume. Advisors can choose between commissionable rates or net pricing.
Do you comply with European travel regulations?
Drivuso is a fully licensed and insured tour operator, offering complete peace of mind from the moment you book.
We are registered with Atout France, a proud member of the APST (which protects client funds), and covered by professional liability insurance through Hiscox, a leading provider in the travel industry. In line with European Union Package Travel regulations, all client payments are 100% financially protected, ensuring a full refund in the unlikely event of insolvency.
Do you offer chauffeur services?
Yes, as an add-on. While our core is self-drive, chauffeur services can be seamlessly integrated to enhance flexibility and comfort.

Our self-drives are currently available in 6 countries: France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Portugal and Austria.
Our car rentals are available in 12+ countries across Europe, including France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Portugal, UK, Scotland, Greece, Netherlands and Belgium.
Self-Drive Holidays
What is a Self-Drive?
A self-drive is a multi-day driving tour experience for individuals or a group of a maximum 10 people. At your own pace and independently, enjoy a diverse range of high-performance cars following a pre-set GPS route to discover the scenic roads and landscapes of French Riviera and Provence. Our team maps out your itinerary according to your driving style and interests (type of vehicle, roads, accommodations, restaurants, and activities) to create a trip that truly matches your preferences.
Select from one of our self-driving tours or draw inspiration to create your own. Once the itinerary is confirmed, simply pick your favorite car from our collection and your departure date. Next, you will receive a digital roadbook detailing every key step of your itinerary. All you have to do is follow your GPS and drive with complete freedom.
Allow at least 3 hours of driving per day, excluding stops. The recommended departure time is between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. for an expected return to your accommodation between 4:00 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Which information must I provide?
Traveler
Passport, driver's license, and phone number.
On delivery of the car
All original documents and a credit card for the security deposit.
Note: A driver's license written in characters (e.g. Chinese) will not be accepted and must be accompanied by an international license.
What support is available during the trip?
We provide 24/7 support via a dedicated WhatsApp group, with real-time assistance and updates.
Do I have to book everything through you?
We offer full flexibility. You can book complete itineraries, partial packages (e.g., car rental plus select experiences), or standalone services, tailored to your needs. We can easily integrate your chosen accommodations into the itinerary.
What types of experiences do you offer?
Our curated experiences are always private, local, and authentic — ranging from wine tastings and cultural tours to boat excursions and insider access.
What are your booking and cancellation policies?
A 20% non-refundable deposit of the total price will be requested at the point of booking. The balance is due 30 days before the start of the tour. For cancellations made 30 days or less before the tour, the full price will be retained by Drivuso. Our payment terms and cancellation conditions will be described in your final quote.
Is it suitable for families with children?
Yes, our self-drive tours are built around your travel companions and your pace. Our vehicles can accommodate up to 8 people, and we are able to select restaurants and activities specifically for families with children. Baby and child car seats can be provided if required.
Can I customize my tour?
Our self-guided drives are fully customizable to align with your preferences. From adjusting the route and selecting specific destinations to upgrading accommodations or incorporating bespoke experiences, we’re dedicated to tailoring your journey to perfection. Do you offer price breakdowns?
We offer summary pricing by category (cars, hotels, and experiences) but not line-item breakdowns. This allows us to maintain transparency without disaggregating our value-added services.

What types of vehicles are available for rent?
Drivuso provides an exclusive selection of luxury and sports car brands, including Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Aston Martin, and more. Our fleet covers a variety of categories such as SUVs, sedans, convertibles, city cars, and even minivans, ensuring a perfect match for every occasion and need.
How can I book a car with Drivuso?
Booking is simple. Visit our Luxury Car Rental Page and fill out the inquiry form. Alternatively, contact our customer service team via email or phone to receive a personalized quotation.
Do you offer delivery and collection services?
We deliver vehicles to any location in Europe, including airports, hotels, and private addresses. One-way rentals are also available, allowing you to drop off the car in a different city or country.
What is the minimum age to rent a car?
The minimum driving age is between 23 and 30 years old, depending on the car model.
Do you guarantee the specific model I book?
We guarantee that you will receive the specific vehicle you select during booking. In rare cases, if a replacement is required, we will upgrade you to another vehicle only with your full consent.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the rental start date. For cancellations within 7 days, a fee of 30% of the rental price applies. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.
What documents are required to rent a car?
To rent a luxury car, you will need a valid driver’s license, passport or ID, and a credit card in your name for the security deposit. All documents must be presented during the vehicle handover.
Do you offer car rental insurance?
All rentals include premium insurance. Comprehensive, zero-deductible coverage is available as an upgrade. Coverage details vary by vehicle and country.
